The EU is focusing on developing confidence in AI technology by proposing the first EU legal framework to regulate AI applications at the European level.   4. Researchers at MIT have created a robot (called RF-Grasp) that senses hidden objects. The system uses radio frequency to locate objects, even if they are hidden from the observer’s view.   5. Sony has patented artificial intelligence to help gamers during games. The AI learns from humans and then generates a user profile and adapts the gameplay style to the user. This technology will allow gamers to choose to have the AI be able to go through a game for us – after carefully analyzing our gameplay. More info here.
  6. Elon Musk revealed that his startup Neuralink implanted a wireless chip into a monkey’s brain to enable it to play video games. More info here.
