- Researchers at MIT have created a robot (called RF-Grasp) that senses hidden objects. The system uses radio frequency to locate objects, even if they are hidden from the observer’s view. The radio waves can also penetrate walls. The robot also has artificial sight, touch and even smell. More info here.
- Sony has patented artificial intelligence to help gamers during games. The AI learns from humans and then generates a user profile and adapts the gameplay style to the user. This technology will allow gamers to choose to have the AI be able to go through a game for us – after carefully analyzing our gameplay. More info here.
