Hi there,

I’m Agata Konieczna and I have a deep interest in the intersection of law and artificial intelligence. With a law degree from the University of Warsaw and a PhD focusing on AI and law, I am dedicated to exploring the future of these rapidly evolving fields.

My Journey in AI and Law

Since 2018, I have been drawn to AI because of my desire to tackle legal challenges and seek innovative solutions. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to pursue several goals:

  • 2019: Published an article titled “Problems of Artificial Intelligence in the Light of Copyright Law” in the Journals of Jagiellonian University.
  • 2021/2022: Completed postgraduate studies in the law of new technologies at the Polish Academy of Science.
  • 2022: Participated in the IT School for Lawyers training to stay informed about the integration of technology and law.

Initiatives and Contributions

In 2023, I launched the “Artificial Intelligence in Business” training program, aimed at equipping professionals with practical AI skills. You can find my free course here.

That same year, I presented on “Ethical Aspects Related to the Use of AI” at the IV International Conference on Ethical Problems in Law and Politics.

My Latest Achievement

In May 2024, I completed my PhD with a dissertation titled “Artificial Intelligence as a New Phenomenon in Private and Public Law.” This work has given me a deeper understanding of the legal implications of AI.

Let’s Connect

I’m always interested in discussing the evolving landscape of AI and law. If you’re working on projects related to ethical considerations, intellectual property rights or integrating AI into your business, I’d be happy to collaborate and provide support.

Contact me if you’d like to exchange ideas or explore opportunities in this exciting field.
